The amount of times I’ve visited this place it feels like the opening scene of Goodfellas every time I walk in!

I show up and the Maitre D ushers me in regardless of the people waiting outside to get in. This time I had a friend with me so this treatment did help score some extra brownie points haha! Walk in, greet the owner and take my seat in the balcony-My favourite view of the stage.

This time it was a band I’d never seen before who was the entertainment for the night but I still knew the bass player from many years before when I’d just started out in the Delhi music scene.

Since this was my friend’s first time at the club, I promised her I’d show her the green room which is in the basement. The place is off-limits for regular guests and is reserved for the artist and their entourage. The green room is the best place to hang out in all of the city. Practice instruments, comfortable couches and a wonderful ambience. The vanity mirror is another fine relic. A fine place to get comfortable.
