Unified health interface (UHI) is an open network designed to bring out a healthcare revolution in India. The problem which we face today is lack of accessible database to store and access our medical records and inability to get medical history during an emergency.

UHI aims to provide Digital Health IDs for all citizens to help hospitals, insurance firms and citizens access health records electronically when required. All the diagnostic facilities and hospitals need to register with the UHI. Then we will get registered and enter all the existing medical history into that app as intricately as possible and after that every time we go to a hospital or diagnostic centre all the prescriptions, reports will get updated on that particular ID and all we need to do share our health ID with the doctor.

UHI will also help us get all the ambulance facilities under one roof to help us get an ambulance from the hospital. We can also check facilities in each hospital along with their status such as available of bed, surgery facilities, ratings. We will also get a Health Score by which insurance companies can help us choose the right policy.
