Good Morning all , all I need to start my day is - a cup of hot coffee ! Yes , coffee is something that most of us turn to on a daily basis , sometimes multiple times a day but wait Coffee Lovers , pay attention ! If you are someone who has coffee first thing in the morning , then it's time to change that habit ! Here are some side effects of drinking COFFEE on an empty stomach ;
1 Having coffee on an empty stomach can increase your cortisol levels (stress hormone) which may lead to increased mood swings and anxiety .
