Liverpool defeated Aresnal 3-0 to keep their top 4 hopes alive. Jurgen Klopp's side looked lacking in the final third in the first half (players also did bump into each other in the opening quarter), it looked like it was going to be yet another night of disappointment.
With the arrival of Diogo Jota at the hour mark, Liverpool improved and scored three goals in the half (with Jota bagging a brace and Salah scoring the other goal). The interplay, pressing and passing was brilliant, the Trent Alexander-Arnold assist for Jota's first was a peach.
This was a comprehensive win for the Reds which showed their intent going into the Champions League clash against Los Blancos.
