People of every age group are involved in sitting in front of their laptops for long hours due to work or entertainment purpose👩🏼💻
Well , worry no more ! Keep these things in mind ;
1 Poor Posture ;
👉🏻This can cause pain in neck , back and head .
👉🏻You can also have permanent issues like fatigue .
👉🏻Muscles are not able to relax when you sit for long hours in a particular position and causes bad body posture .
✅ Some Preventions ;
✨Sit with a computer desk which gives you proper position .
✨Monitor should be at eye level or slightly below .
2 Eyestrain ;
👉🏻It is quite obvious that continuous focus on the screen can put eyes under terrible stress .
👉🏻follow the 20 20 rule
every 20 minutes spent using a screen ; you should try to look away at something that is 20 feet away from you for a total of 20 seconds .
3 Vitamin D ;
👉🏻Have you been feeling extra tired and lethargic than usual even as you have been doing lesser physical work ?
👉🏻Have you been experiencing new pain or discomfort in joints or muscles during the lockdown ?
👉🏻Chances are , you might have deficiency of nutrients , particularly Vitamin-D .
👉🏻You are staying indoors almost all the time and hardly going out during the day . It is depriving you of exposure to sunlight .
👉🏻Most of the Vitamin D that we need is synthesized in our skin on sun exposure .
4 Get moving ;
👉🏻Sitting in one spot for long time can cause muscle pain , back pain and neck pain . It also causes rigidity so it’s always better to stretch and move your body every one hour be it walking to pantry to refill your bottle or climbing stairs or a good stretch 👍🏻
Keep these points in mind and thank me later 💻✅
