Sitting by the window seat,
On a bus journey to the stars,
I'm all alone here,
As my Dream just went away,
As there is nothing with me,
Just a prolonged journey,
She's already there,
More scintillating than I can ever imagine.
As I look at these empty seats,
On this starry night,
Where along Venus has she swayed to?
The North star has no idea,
Luna taunts my unknowingness,
I plead to Jove to guide me,
It tells me to seek Pluto,
Well, life already is hell without her.
Hermes let me reach her,
Or at least take my letter to her,
Apollo help me write this,
An invitation of this forlorn Icarus,
To his far away love,
This ride doesn't do justice,
To what I suffer everyday,
Without her presence.
Tell me it's a fanatic's dream,
To pursue a Star that cannot be seen,
Without her approval,
But she's oblivious to the fact,
That my heart can find her,
She's a rare sight always,
My anxious self for a second fades away,
As my eyes seep into hers.
My soul for a moment rests,
Then she denounces me,
Just like Icarus I fall,
Into the ocean of despondency,
Poseidon, you cannot drown me,
For my heart awaits her,
To call upon me,
Call me to heaven,
As there she resides,
Right among the stars,
I stargaze by this window,
Till she disappears from my vision,
As she vanishes my sight leaves me,
On this lonely journey, someone take me,
To the stars that she rules over,
Only her voice can wake me from this darkness.
