If tea is something you love and can’t leave , so don’t even try leaving it while you are on diet ! Because if you leave it right now then you will have it probably after your weight loss journey and then it will create a problem ! So you don’t need to leave your favourite cup of tea ☕️ all you have to do is ;
1 Reduce the consumption . If you drink 3-4 cups daily , bring it down to 2 cups ! If you drink 2 cups , bring it down to 1 cup slowly .
2 Avoid sugar in your tea . Go for jaggery instead .
