👉Stretching your back in bed and carrying a feeling of gratitude after waking up.

👉Not using a mobile phone or stare at any screen till 1 hour after waking up.

👉Eating curry leaves on an empty stomach.

👉Starting the day with fruit and not tea/coffee.

👉Practising meditation and breathing exercises.

👉Doing exercise and yoga asanas.

👉Having a morning walk in the sun.
