“India has to fight a full geared war,” President Yahya Khan tells in an interview with La Figaro, a French magazine. “Only a few border sectors are experiencing battles, except that, the entire country is under military jurisdiction,” he adds.

Bangladesh facing colonial condition: Krishna Menon
