PSG youngster out for the rest of the year

PSG's 17 year old midfielder Warren Zaire-Emery picked up an injury that will keep him out till 2024. This has been a dreadful international break in this regard with the likes of Eduardo Camavinga, Vinicius Jr and Gavi all picking up injuries.

The midfielder made his France debut against Gibraltar and scored quickly on his first appearance. But he had to be taken off with an injury that was feared to be a fracture.

However, medical tests over the weekend have confirmed a “medium-serious sprain” to his right ankle.

This is a big blow for the Parisiens given the fact that despite his age, Zaire-Emery has become a key player for Luis Enrique.
