A versatile fullback who is deadly on setpieces, especially freekicks certainly, is a quality addition to what is going to be some window for the Magpies. This strategy of moving fast to complete the deals is a major plus from the Newcastle board so that they can focus on the remaining targets with time in hand.

Trippier, who is an experienced campaigner has obviously played in England before with Spurs. He will bring in a lot of abilities with him, wherein being a leader comes into account as well if needed. All in all, it is a smart move from the relegation battlers which would see them give hope going forward into the season.
