Instant gratification is the new addiction nowdays. All the short form videos, vape, iqos, sweets and snacks.
It gives an instant dopamine release, and once we get a hit we want more...
We are doomed? Luckily we are not yet it takes effort to overcome it.
1. Start your day with quick release dopmine.
(ex: walk, meditate, etc)
2. Find slow dopamine release activities (ex: run, workouts, reading, etc)
3. Limit the intake
(ex: eating snacks, pick 1 snack and that's it).
4. Do a 24hr dopamine detox
(no phone, no snacks, no vapes)
