Are you fond of ice cream but looking for something a little less calorific? Or maybe you want a vegan, fat-free, non dairy, gluten-free version... well this is it!
It’s actually not ice cream at all. It’s just bananas! You chop up some banana and pop it in the blender until it has the consistency of melted ice cream. Then add a tablespoon of cocoa powder and stir though the mixture. Freeze and voila. Chocolate ‘ice cream’. I love this in the summer!
