Bills represent the belief that we can use the wisdom of our collective heritage to make a difference. Our personal and collective actions can solve environmental problems, reduce human footprints and make the world more sustainable.
Bills go beyond the concept of individual actions. It also includes the idea of acting with others and learning by acting. These aspects are especially relevant when considering the climatic and ecological changes that our children and their children will be exposed to in the near future.
Children and adolescents need not only knowledge, but also systematic and critical thinking, and the ability to communicate and cooperate.
