Before I started going to the gym and taking better care of my body, I was also very skinny.
I did not care about what food I put in my body. My free time was wasted mainly playing video games or watching Netflix shows.
Back then, I did not know that doing difficult things and improving myself was more satisfying than living in comfort.
My goal back then was to build a strong and masculine body.
But the problem was I did not know how to get there...
Although going to the gym was fun and all that, I probably wasted around a year not knowing what I was doing.
Fast forward a couple of years I've completely changed my physique to the point where I look like a different person now.
But it's a lot more than just the looks. I feel like that is really just the tip of the iceberg.
Now I want to help you guys achieve your goals the best way possible while avoiding all the mistakes I did.
