Increasing the number of raw nuts that I eat has helped me improve my health in many ways. I’m very fortunate to not have any nut allergies because that would certainly be a challenge.
Favorite unprocessed/minimally processed treat: Raw almond butter (ingredients: just raw almonds), fruit (raspberry and blueberries, or mango, or strawberries), and cacao nibs. I usually buy my raw almond butter from Trader Joe’s (US grocery store.
The dish in the image has no added sugar, oil, or salty and is an excellent source of healthy fat, protein, and vitamins!
