Five-time Ballon d'Or winner Cristiano Ronaldo could be heading to Saudi Arabia after the FIFA World Cup. As per reports, the Portuguese captain has reportedly agreed on a deal to join Al-Nassr in January!
Ronaldo officially left Manchester United before the World Cup after his explosive interview with Piers Morgan made it clear that he was not happy at the club.
Al-Nassr has reportedly offered Cristiano Ronaldo a two-and-a-half-year contract. The Saudi-based club will reportedly pay the star € 200 a year for his services. As per Daily Mail, the deal has been completed and only the announcement remains from both parties. If so, this would be the first time that Cristiano Ronaldo would be leaving Europe to play club football.
Al Nassr are currently placed second in the Saudi Pro League table, 3 points behind the leader's Al Shabab with 8 games played. The club last won the Pro League title in the 2018/19 season. They have also won the AFC Champions League title once in their history.
After winning the UEFA Champions League five times, would the AFC Champions League be the next title on CR7's radar? What do you think about the move? Let me know in the comments...
