The six time himachal CM late Virbhadra singh wife is contesting Mandi parliamentary by elections. congress president Ms Sonia Gandhi was keen that she fights these polls. When on 2012 late Virbhadra singh was struggling to get command of the state units it’s was late Shri Ahmed Patel who helped him to clear bridges with Virbhadra and the congress high command. Now it will an interesting contest as Mandi district is home to present CM of himachal Jai Ram Thakur. But a win will means winning 25 % of assembly elections as Mandi hold more than 17 assembly segments just wait & watch.
