As promised here is a post dedicated to apple cider vinegar. There are lots of health benefits that come from drinking apple cider vinegar (ACV), but some tend to be hesitant because of its taste. But there are ways to get around that! One of my favorite ways to incorporate ACV is to substitute it in recipes that call for white vinegar. Another thing you can do is add a small amount to your smoothies, or green tea drinks.
Another favorite way to use ACV is in face masks. I love the Aztec Clay Bentonite clay mask and mixing it with ACV. It can be a little intense on your first use, so you can use half water half ACV and build up to using all ACV.
Some of the benefits of ACV is that it can help with weight loss, reducing cholesterol, lowering blood sugar level, and even helping with symptoms of diabetes.
